QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Can anyone help me identify the individuals in the following slides? In both slides there is a little parrot with a tag suggesting that the name is Parry. I know that a Will H. Parry was one of the first Federal Trade Commissioners in 1914. He was from the state of Washington and was involved in Seattle politics. Could this be whom the artist was trying to portray in caricature? In the first slide is also F. W. Job. Who was he and how was he a labor buster?

MYSTERY SOLVED

Thanks to a tip from fellow collector, William P. Davis my questions have been answered. F. W. Job is Fredrick W. Job and Parry is D. M. Parry. These newspaper articles are from 1904. Thanks William.
